Ready to get ink’d? Become a Firespring Apprentice and earn as you learn in the rapidly evolving print industry. 

Train on-the-job at one of the Midwest’s largest print and communications companies, learning from some of the best in the biz. Master equipment, learn tricks of the trade and gain paid, firsthand experience working in a clean and modern manufacturing setting.

Sky, meet limit. 

Start at 20-30 hours per week, but earn the chance for a full-time job offer with Firespring. Along the way, you’ll gain credentials to add to your kick a$$ resume. Not to mention a tasty paycheck. 

A bright future? Yeah—you got this. 

We’re looking for:
  • Team players (must play well with others)
  • Self-starters (show us your stuff)
  • Some college experience OR high school juniors and seniors (but heck, we’ll consider everyone)
  • Able to successfully balance work and school as necessary (#priorities)
  • Can work at least 20-25 hours per week (cha-ching)
  • Able to complete all duties during normal business hours (9 AM-5 PM CST)

Who we are.

We are Firespring: a team of dreamers, doers, creatives, geeks, gurus, gearheads, techies, overachievers, A-listers and back-havers. Headquartered in Lincoln, Nebraska, we bring creative print, marketing and web solutions to life for clients all over the world and across six continents. (Working on Antarctica, penguins have limited marketing needs.)
