What is the Apprentice Program?
The Firespring Apprentice Program is a rare chance to earn as you learn on-the-job at one of the Midwest’s largest print and communications companies.
Working side-by-side with experienced pros (you could call them ink and paper artists), Apprentices will explore the wide world of print while gaining real world experience in a modern manufacturing setting.

Sky, meet limit.
Apprentices will start at 20-30 hours per week, and could even earn the chance for a full-time job offer with Firespring. Along the way, they’ll earn skills and credentials to add to their resume—not to mention a tasty paycheck.
A bright future? Yeah, you got this.
We’re looking for:
- Team players (must play well with others)
- Self-starters (show us your stuff)
- Some college experience OR high school juniors and seniors (but heck, we’ll consider everyone)
- Able to successfully balance work and school as necessary (#priorities)
- Can work at least 20-25 hours per week (cha-ching)
- Able to complete all duties during normal business hours (9 AM-5 PM CST)
